Field Sales Representative - Salon Management Software

About the role

Blusha, a beauty-tech startup that helps salons across Pakistan digitize and manage their daily operations through an all-in-one salon management platform, is hiring a Field Sales Representative in Lahore. The representative will visit salons, connect with salon owners, demonstrate the platform and convert prospects into paying clients.

Key responsibilities

• Visit salons across Lahore to introduce Blusha and generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and direct outreach.
• Conduct product demonstrations explaining how Blusha helps salons manage appointments, clients, staff, sales and daily operations.
• Follow up with prospects, address concerns, negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with salon owners and managers.
• Keep accurate records of leads, visits, follow-ups and sales in the company's CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover of newly acquired salons.

Required profile

• Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, in-person meetings and daily travel across Lahore.
• Proactive, target-driven attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to different areas of Lahore for client visits.

Required skills

• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Good relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
