Field Sales Representative (Solar)

About the role
We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our solar trading team as Field Sales Representatives. The role involves direct, face‑to‑face interaction with homeowners and small business owners to promote and sell solar solutions. Candidates should enjoy outdoor work and have strong communication abilities.
Key responsibilities
- Visit residential and commercial locations daily to present solar panels and inverters.
- Sell solar products directly from company stock, handling B2C and retail transactions.
- Develop and maintain long‑lasting relationships with customers.
Required profile
- Intermediate education (FA, F.Sc, I.Com, or ICS).
- Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of experience in outdoor sales.
- Comfortable working outdoors for the entire day.
- Own a motorbike and hold a valid driving licence.
