Senior Study Abroad Counsellor (North America Region)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Study Abroad Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through higher education opportunities in the USA and Canada. The role is based in our Gulberg office in Lahore and focuses on driving student recruitment and admissions success.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and counsel prospective students and parents on higher education opportunities, admission requirements, and visa processes for the USA and Canada.
• Manage end‑to‑end applications, documentation, statement of purpose guidance, and scholarship evaluations.
• Build strong rapport with prospective students to drive conversion and meet recruitment targets.
• Stay updated with institutional partner requirements, regulations, and immigration updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) recruiting students for the USA & Canada.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder liaison, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of North American university portals, intake cycles (Fall/Spring), and student visa filing.
