Final Expense Closer / Verifier

About the role

Biz-Tech, an Islamabad-based IT and services firm, is hiring a Final Expense (FE) Closer / Verifier to support a client-facing insurance sales operation. The role guides prospective customers through final expense coverage discussions, explains plan features clearly and responsibly, helps customers complete enrollment and verifies that submitted information is complete and consistent.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales conversations with prospects about final expense insurance options and answer their questions
• Assess customer needs and present suitable coverage without making unsupported promises
• Close qualified opportunities by explaining next steps and helping customers finish applications
• Verify application details, identity and required disclosures for accuracy and completeness
• Document customer interactions and follow-ups in the designated systems
• Follow approved scripts, privacy requirements, compliance procedures and quality standards
• Coordinate with team members to resolve application discrepancies and support smooth processing
• Work toward established conversion, verification accuracy and customer service targets

Required profile

• Strong spoken communication and active listening skills for customer-facing sales
• Demonstrated ability to close qualified leads through consultative, customer-focused selling
• Clear explanation of insurance coverage, application steps and disclosures
• Careful verification of customer information, forms and supporting details
• Professional objection handling, rapport building and follow-up discipline
• Confident spoken English; additional languages relevant to the customer base are an advantage
• Reliable target management, time organization and teamwork
• Integrity and sound judgment when discussing financial protection products

Required skills

• Accurate call notes and familiarity with CRM, dialer or customer record systems
• Ability to follow scripts, privacy policies, compliance guidance and quality procedures
