Final Expense Sales Closer (Evening Shift)

About the role

Join Guardian BPO’s outbound sales team in Islamabad, focusing on Final Expense and Medicare campaigns. You will convert qualified leads into finalized policies by presenting plan options, handling objections, verifying information, and completing enrollment steps.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to qualified prospects and present Final Expense plan options.
• Close sales by addressing objections, explaining benefits, and guiding applicants through enrollment.
• Verify prospect information and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain accurate notes and sales records; submit daily reports to supervisors.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Participate in training, role‑plays, and quality‑assurance reviews to improve conversion and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues to management as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of outbound sales or closing experience in insurance, Final Expense, Medicare, or related tele‑sales roles.
• Proven track record of converting leads into sales.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and active‑listening abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to verify personal and eligibility information.
• Target‑driven mindset with the capacity to meet or exceed sales KPIs.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills for high call volumes.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and accurate data entry.
• Basic computer literacy: Windows operating system, email, and web‑based sales tools.
