Final Expense Sales Closer

About the role

Touchstone Communications is looking for experienced and motivated Final Expense Sales Closers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of closing final expense insurance deals, excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the senior market. The role is high impact with significant earning potential for top performers.

Key responsibilities

• Close final expense insurance leads provided by the company or self-generated
• Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate final expense products
• Handle objections professionally and guide clients through the application process
• Maintain the sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity through the CRM
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 months of experience closing final expense insurance
• Strong closing skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
• Experience with Microsoft tools
