Final Expense Trainer – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Final Expense Trainer to join our on‑site call centre on the night shift. You will coach and develop agents who sell final expense insurance, helping them meet performance targets and deliver compliant sales.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product, sales and compliance training to new and existing agents.
• Conduct live floor coaching, role‑plays and refresher sessions.
• Monitor agent performance, provide feedback and track key performance indicators.
• Create and update training materials, manuals and curriculum.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to continuously improve sales results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–6 years of proven final expense closing experience.
• Previous training or coaching experience in a call‑center environment is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to develop training programs and conduct classroom or floor coaching.
