Finance & Accounts Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially‑minded Finance & Accounts Manager to lead the finance function across all group companies. The role combines strategic financial planning with hands‑on accounting oversight, supporting senior leadership in driving growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts department across multiple entities.
• Develop, implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies and procedures.
• Supervise and mentor the Accounts Assistant, ensuring accuracy and high performance.
• Oversee all accounting operations, including reconciliations, invoicing, receivables, payables and banking activities.
• Prepare timely monthly management accounts, financial reports and business performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and Middle East regulatory requirements.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, cash‑flow forecasting and financial projections.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision‑making and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a finance leader in UK and Middle East accounting environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to partner with senior leadership.
• Hands‑on approach to financial control, audit and statutory reporting.
• Experience managing multi‑entity accounting operations and VAT compliance.
