Finance Executive – Customer Account Reconciliation

About the role

The Finance Executive will support revenue operations by reconciling corporate customer accounts, collecting payments, and maintaining strong long‑term relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact for payment‑related queries and ensure accurate invoicing in line with contractual agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of corporate customer accounts.
• Collect payments according to company terms and issue invoices.
• Respond promptly to customer queries via phone and email.
• Suggest improvements to systems, SOPs and processes.
• Coordinate with other departments and financial institutions to introduce new payment modes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
