Finance Executive

About the role

Gatronova is seeking a Finance Executive to strengthen its finance team. The role focuses on supporting month‑end and year‑end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the finance team with financial reporting, month‑end and year‑end closing, and internal control processes.
• Coordinate with operational teams to gather required data and meet reporting deadlines.
• Prepare schedules, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for closing cycles.
• Help prepare financial statements and disclosures in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Conduct monthly expense analysis, investigate variances, and highlight unusual trends.
• Consolidate financial information from various functions for management reporting.
• Support sales‑tax compliance through schedules, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Provide audit schedules and documents to external auditors and respond to information requests.
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes and financial controls.
• Participate in automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives within the reporting function.

Required profile

• ACCA or ICMA qualification (finalist or qualified).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and month‑end closing procedures.
