Finance Executive

About the role

Troxis, a fast‑growing software development and AI solutions company, is looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Executive to support its financial operations. This role offers the chance to develop expertise in corporate finance, accounting, reporting, and financial operations within a dynamic technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day accounting and finance operations, maintaining accurate ledgers and supporting documentation.
• Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions in accounting systems and perform bank reconciliations.
• Monitor company expenses, support accounts payable/receivable, and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Prepare financial, summary, and management reports, and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Support internal and external audit processes, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and respond to finance‑related queries.
• Assist with payroll support, reimbursements, and ad‑hoc finance projects as delegated by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, AP/AR, or financial operations.
• Experience in a software house, technology company, SaaS business, or corporate environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on diverse finance‑related responsibilities.
