Finance Manager (Ecommerce) – Onsite Faisalabad

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our ecommerce business in Faisalabad. You will be responsible for managing payments, payroll, reporting, and cash‑flow forecasting while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process timely payments to vendors, suppliers, shipping partners and manage payroll for staff in Pakistan.
• Prepare profit and loss statements, track cost of goods sold and landed costs, and monitor cash flow.
• Handle advertising fees for Amazon and Facebook, manage petty cash and inter‑account transfers.
• Create cash‑flow forecasts, growth projections and provide actionable cost‑optimization insights.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts and support month‑end and year‑end reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of financial management experience, preferably in ecommerce or retail.
• Strong understanding of cost tracking, inventory management and landed‑cost calculations.
• Experience working with international vendors (e.g., China, Taiwan) and handling ad‑spend payments.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
