Finance Manager

About the role

Melbrew Coffee is seeking a commercially‑minded Finance Manager to drive financial strategy and support rapid growth in the food‑and‑beverage sector. You will partner with commercial teams, evaluate new projects, and ensure robust financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Develop investment cases and feasibility models for capital allocation.
• Assess expansion opportunities, new outlets and product launches, providing insights to leadership.
• Optimize cash flow, working capital and cost structures.
• Oversee audit, tax and regulatory compliance in line with Pakistan tax laws.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on pricing, margin optimisation and profitability.
• Lead, mentor and scale a high‑performing finance and accounts team.

Required profile

• ACC​A/CA qualification or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 5–7 years of finance experience, preferably in F&B, FMCG or manufacturing.
• Investor‑mindset with strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Hands‑on, detail‑driven and comfortable challenging assumptions.

Required skills

• ACCA or CA certification
• Proficiency in SAP (preferred)
