Finance Manager

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt. Limited is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial function at its head office in Peshawar. The role will oversee planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance and cost management, supporting strategic decisions across the fashion apparel and retail business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall financial operations and accounting functions.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and regular financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Maintain strong financial controls and recommend process improvements.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury activities.
• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion apparel, clothing or retail.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and drive financial performance.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting and taxation.
• Experience with ERP systems.
