Finance Manager

About the role

Finrisers is seeking a Finance Manager to lead day‑to‑day financial operations at its Karachi office. The role combines accounting oversight, audit support, tax compliance and strategic financial analysis to help small and medium‑sized clients grow sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting processes, prepare accurate financial statements and ensure timely reporting.
• Coordinate audit support and maintain robust internal controls.
• Supervise tax planning, compliance and filing activities for UK‑based SMEs.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Support procurement and supply‑chain finance to improve cost efficiency.
• Provide financial analysis for fundraising initiatives.
• Participate in ERP implementation and financial process automation projects.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance and accounting, including reporting, budgeting and cash‑flow management.
• Experience with tax planning, compliance and filings for small to medium businesses.
• Background in audit support and preparation of documentation for external auditors.
• Part‑qualified CA or qualified ACCA, CIMA.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems Xero, Quickbooks and SAGE.
• Financial process automation.
