Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager at Creative Chaos will oversee the organization’s financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, cash flow management, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan strategic and long‑term business plans in support of senior management.
• Prepare periodic, quarterly, and annual internal financial statements and support management meetings.
• Review and analyse financial statements and metrics, and assist with consolidated reporting.
• Identify process improvements and lead efficiency projects.
• Support cash forecasting, month‑end closing, and working‑capital management.
• Create revenue‑recognition rules according to ASC 606 and design a functional chart of accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology firm.
• Preferably ACCA qualified; additional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus.
• Strong team‑management and communication skills.
• Experience with taxation (corporate, withholding, sales, income) and petty‑cash handling.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (complex formulas).
• ERP systems: QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (SECP, SRB, FBR).
• Understanding of ASC 606 revenue‑recognition standards.
