About the role
The Finance Manager will lead budgeting, performance monitoring and the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) framework across the organization. You will partner with business units to prepare budgets, forecast future performance and provide financial insights that support strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Create financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, analyse variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports highlighting key financial indicators.
- Design and maintain dynamic dashboards to visualise financial KPIs, trends and variances.
- Assist in the preparation of the company’s five‑year business plan.
- Oversee implementation and ongoing compliance of the ICFR program, ensuring documentation, execution and reporting meet company standards.
- Coordinate with departmental heads and control owners to identify control gaps, develop remediation plans and maintain continuous monitoring.
Required profile
- Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CFA or ICMA (preferred or in final stage of qualification).
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline from an HEC‑recognized university.
