Finance Manager – Treasury & Compliance

About the role

Nobel Point is seeking a Finance Manager specialized in Treasury and Compliance to oversee daily financial operations in Karachi. The role focuses on optimizing cash flow, managing treasury activities, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in treasury functions and cash‑flow optimization.
• Maintain strict control over inventory management, landed‑cost calculations and warehouse reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and regional tax regulations, handling income‑tax and sales‑tax returns.
• Manage corporate statutory compliance and reporting requirements.
• Nurture banking relationships and facilitate trade‑finance solutions, including import and export Letters of Credit.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Continuously review and improve financial procedures, risk controls and best practices.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of post‑qualification finance experience, preferably in trading or commercial sectors.
• Proactive, highly organized professional capable of handling complex tasks independently.
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance and corporate regulatory matters.
