About the role

Comtanix, a fast‑growing BPO located in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi, is seeking a Finance Officer to support its expanding operations. The role focuses on managing vendor payments, analysing transactions, and ensuring timely invoicing and follow‑up with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily sales reports and submit them to the supervisor before the set deadline.
• Assist the Finance Manager with accounts‑related matters.
• Perform day‑to‑day bookkeeping, weekly lodgments, payment analysis, and invoicing.
• Reconcile accounts as required and create/distribute purchase orders and invoices.
• Schedule periodic follow‑ups with customers and vendors via phone and email for pending payments.
• Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Online and ERP systems.

Required profile

• Proficient in English with strong finance and communication abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Knowledge of US‑based tax regulations.
