About the role
The Finance Treasury Manager will lead the organisation's treasury function, overseeing liquidity, cash flow, and the overall treasury portfolio. This senior position works closely with banks, investment partners and senior management to ensure robust financial operations and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting and funding strategies.
- Maintain and develop relationships with banks, investment firms and other financial institutions.
- Oversee treasury reporting, financial analysis and preparation of management reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards and internal policies.
- Lead and develop a team responsible for accounting support and treasury operations.
Required profile
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA); CFA candidates preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in treasury, cash management, investments and financial reporting.
- Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
