About the role
The Finance Treasury Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the organisation’s treasury portfolio, liquidity and cash‑flow requirements. The role involves managing relationships with banks and investment firms, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance, and leading a team that supports accounting functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage treasury portfolio, liquidity and cash‑flow forecasting.
- Maintain and develop relationships with banks and investment companies.
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate‑governance standards.
- Lead and develop a team responsible for accounting support functions.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting for senior management.
Required profile
- MBA (Finance) or ACA finalist or ACCA or CIMA; CFA candidates preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in treasury, investments, cash management and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines.
