Financial Analyst – Healthcare Assisted Living

About the role

We are a growing U.S.-based healthcare organization that operates assisted living communities across multiple states. As we expand, we need a highly analytical Financial Analyst to support financial data management, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for our operations in Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze financial statements and key performance indicators.
• Prepare, review, and present financial reports and cash‑flow statements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and ensure accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Strong finance knowledge with solid analytical skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional certifications (CFA, CA, ACCA, ICMA) are a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication of complex financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
