Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will own accounting and financial operations for assigned operating companies, ensuring accurate reporting under US GAAP. This in‑office position works closely with global teams, supporting budgeting, forecasting and M&A integration while leveraging automation and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end close processes in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain balance‑sheet reconciliations and oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations.
• Support cash‑flow monitoring, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and ad‑hoc analysis for stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements using automation and AI‑driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist audit processes.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards.
• Experience handling month‑end close, GL, AP and AR functions.
• Familiarity with automation and AI tools for financial reporting.
• Ability to perform budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
