Financial & Analytics Lead

About the role

The Financial & Analytics Lead will design, develop and validate the financial logic and analytics frameworks that power our digital financial products. Working at the intersection of finance theory and technology, you will ensure that risk scores, financial ratios, portfolio analytics and other financial outputs are accurate, consistent, and production‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, risk scoring systems, portfolio analytics, ratios and valuation methodologies.
• Define calculation logic, assumptions, normalization methods and dependencies for all financial outputs.
• Translate financial concepts into structured product features and analytical outputs.
• Prepare detailed specifications for engineering and data teams, including inputs, logic, outputs and interpretation guidelines.
• Establish validation processes such as back‑testing, scenario analysis and stress testing, and resolve inconsistencies.
• Design and refine scoring methodologies, ensuring they are financially grounded and interpretable.
• Act as the primary financial subject‑matter expert across product, engineering and data teams.
• Monitor global financial markets, benchmark tools against industry standards and continuously improve models.
• Document financial logic, models and assumptions and ensure governance compliance.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial modeling, risk analytics and portfolio analysis.
• Experience working in a FinTech environment or on digital financial products.
• Ability to bridge financial theory with technical implementation and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate, reliable financial outputs at scale.
• Collaborative mindset with product, engineering and data teams.
