Financial Controller (Hospitality & Real Estate)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to lead the Finance & Accounts function for a diversified group operating hotels, real estate development, and construction businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function across the Group’s hotel, real estate development, and construction businesses.
• Build and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions; oversee financing arrangements, credit lines, guarantees, and project financing.
• Own the annual budgeting and forecasting process across all business units and monitor performance against budgets.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions for the Group.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (FBR), SECP requirements, and other statutory/regulatory obligations.
• Supervise cost control and financial analysis for hotel operations and real estate/construction projects.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Implement and strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and SOPs across the Group.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CMA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 4–5 years in a senior leadership role (Financial Controller / Head of Finance).
• Prior experience managing finance for a group with multiple business lines, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or construction.
• Strong track record of managing banking relationships and financing arrangements.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
