Financial Controller

About the role

Zameen.com seeks an experienced Financial Controller to lead all financial operations for its construction projects. You will ensure robust financial controls, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance while supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects.
• Prepare accurate, timely financial reports in line with local regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, project profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Conduct variance analysis, cost control, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
• Establish and track project budgets, working closely with project managers.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage working capital, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury functions.
• Develop and enforce financial policies, internal controls, and process improvements.

Required profile

• CA, ACCA, CFA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
