About the role
Zameen.com seeks an experienced Financial Controller to lead financial operations, ensuring strong controls, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance for construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for projects.
- Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in line with local regulations.
- Monitor project profitability, conduct variance analysis, and provide strategic insights.
- Collaborate with project managers on expenses, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Manage working capital, accounts payable/receivable, treasury functions, and internal controls.
Required profile
- CA / ACCA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in managerial roles.
Required skills
- Proficiency in financial systems.
- Financial modeling expertise.
- Data analytics capabilities.
