Financial Controller – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead finance and accounting across a multi‑entity organization on a night shift basis. The role involves shaping financial strategy, overseeing month‑end and year‑end closures, and ensuring robust financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and consolidate results across diverse business units such as retail, fuel, QSR, financing and metal recycling.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, AR/AP processes and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Establish accounting policies, internal controls and ensure compliance with standards and tax regulations.
• Drive ERP optimisation, automation and reporting enhancements in partnership with IT.
• Mentor and develop the finance team while collaborating with operations, HR and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CMA or equivalent) with 15‑20 years of finance experience, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in multi‑entity consolidation, treasury and working‑capital management.
• Background in diversified sectors such as retail, fuel, food service, financing or metal recycling is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, PDI or similar).
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, audits and tax compliance.
