Product Manager - Fintech

About the role

Creative Chaos is seeking a Product Manager to lead product execution for its transit payments, airtime distribution, and digital wallet platforms. You will bridge product strategy, requirement definition, and cross‑functional delivery while collaborating with engineering, operations, telco partners, and transport authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery of new features, market requirements, and client‑requested enhancements, shaping product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Write detailed requirements (BRDs, PRDs, user flows, technical specs) and partner with engineering to scope, estimate, and plan sprints.
• Coordinate with design teams to create user‑centric flows for mobile, web, and agent applications, and manage releases to ensure quality.
• Act as liaison for telcos, banks, and transport authorities, running workshops, supporting onboarding, UAT, launch readiness, and post‑launch optimization.
• Collaborate on API orchestration, backend flows, and platform scalability, participating in design reviews and testing cycles.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of product management, business analysis, or solution delivery experience, preferably in fintech, payments, telco, or mass‑transit systems.
• Strong understanding of transactional products such as wallets, airtime/VAS, top‑up systems, and payment integrations.
• Ability to translate client needs into clear functional and technical requirements and lead conversations with clients and engineering.
• Ownership mindset, structured analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
