Finishing Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Site Supervisor to lead all finishing activities on construction sites, ensuring high quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications. The role involves close coordination with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers while managing on‑site resources and teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all finishing activities on‑site, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of work in progress, identifying areas for improvement or corrective actions.
• Ensure all work meets required safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain daily logs and reports documenting project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Allocate resources efficiently to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Lead meetings with team members to discuss project status, upcoming tasks, and potential challenges.
• Provide guidance and support to the finishing team, ensuring clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of proven experience as a Finishing Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction finishing techniques, materials, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Problem‑solving skills and capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Professional certifications in project management or related construction fields are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
• OSHA or equivalent safety certification preferred.
