Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Technician (On-site)

About the role

FireX Engineering Solutions is seeking skilled technicians to join its on‑site team in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on installing, configuring, and maintaining fire fighting and fire alarm systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install and wire low‑voltage fire alarm panels, detectors, and notification devices.
• Inspect, test, and commission fire fighting and fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with safety codes.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system faults or false alarms.
• Document work performed, prepare basic reports, and coordinate with supervisors and project engineers.
• Interact with clients on‑site, explain system status, and support handover activities.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or certification in electrical, electronics, or fire protection systems.
• Hands‑on experience with fire alarm and fire fighting installations.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and follow safety procedures.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Effective customer service and clear communication skills.
