About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual to manage and grow our Fiverr presence. The role involves handling client communications, preparing proposals, and coordinating project delivery to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily client interactions on Fiverr, responding to messages, project requests and custom inquiries.
• Interpret client needs and recommend appropriate services, preparing tailored proposals and offers.
• Follow up with prospects to improve conversion rates and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Coordinate with internal designers, developers, marketers and other team members to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Track active orders, handle revisions, updates and client feedback professionally.
• Monitor account activity, identify improvement opportunities and assist in updating service listings and portfolios.
• Research competitors and market trends to support account growth.
• Maintain a positive client experience and contribute to overall account performance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience managing Fiverr or similar freelance marketplace accounts.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and build professional relationships.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with digital services such as marketing, design, web development or content creation is preferred.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
