Fleet Manager - Human Data

About the role

Mimetic Machines builds learning and deployment environments for physical AI. As Fleet Manager you will run the field operations in Karachi: the field engineers, the equipment they carry and the sites they work at. You will plan the week, run the day and answer for what the team delivers, across several sites running in parallel.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run the week: set the site plan, assign the team and adjust in real time as priorities change.
• Own the equipment: every item issued, returned and accounted for, every day.
• Lead from the floor: spend most of your week on site with the team, uphold operating and safety standards and see the work for yourself.
• Set and track targets per person and per site, reviewed daily and shared weekly.
• Grow existing sites and bring new ones online smoothly with the Partnerships Manager.
• Hire, train and develop field engineers, and decide who stays.

Required profile

• Four to seven years in field operations or field sales, with at least three years leading a team of ten or more on the ground.
• Proven ability to deliver a monthly target through a team, able to name the number watched every day.
• Attention to detail on assets and records; something missing bothers you more than a missed meeting.
• Fluent Urdu and English, based in Karachi and travelling across the city every day.

Strong candidates may also have led shift-based teams of hourly workers including their timecards and pay, managed hardware or vehicles in the field, or opened a new territory from scratch.
