FMCG Warehouse Operations Executive

About the role

Shangrila Foods (Pvt) Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse & Store Executive in Karachi for its FMCG business. The role requires careful attention to warehouse safety and compliance, and covers inventory documentation and cycle counting. It also coordinates with procurement and production teams to make sure materials are available on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end FMCG warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
• Oversee store operations including material receiving, storage, issuing and inventory control to keep stock accurate and available for production.
• Ensure FIFO and FEFO principles are followed to reduce wastage.
• Maintain inventory records in SAP/ERP modules (WM, MM, SD, TM) and reconcile stock regularly.
• Carry out cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations, and act on discrepancies.
• Implement warehouse safety protocols and supervise a team of two warehouse and store personnel.
• Coordinate with procurement and production to forecast material needs and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
• Manage gate pass tracking and documentation, and handle barcode scanning and tracking.
• Analyze inventory data with MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and oversee MRP processes in the ERP.
• Maintain goods receipt notes, dispatch records and stock transfer logs, and look for ways to improve layout and storage.

Required profile

• Minimum of three years of experience in FMCG warehouse and store management.
• Expertise in ERP software and inventory control systems.
• Strong analytical skills.
