Fleet Officer – Vehicle Fleet Management

About the role

Our client ARAR Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Fleet Officer to manage the coordination and maintenance of its vehicle fleet in Lahore. The role is pivotal in ensuring vehicle availability, reliability and cost‑efficiency through planning, scheduling and supplier interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for vehicle movement and deployment to support organisational needs.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities to keep all vehicles operational.
• Monitor and control fleet‑related costs, including fuel consumption, repairs and maintenance expenses.
• Manage inventory of vehicle parts and supplies to avoid shortages.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers, negotiating contracts and service agreements.
• Conduct regular inspections of fleet vehicles, identify issues and recommend repairs.
• Prepare accurate records and reports on vehicle usage, maintenance and costs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations governing vehicle operation.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise fleet utilisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve fleet management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in fleet management or logistics coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to safety, efficiency and cost control.
