Food Server

About the role

Roomix by C3 is seeking a friendly and reliable Food Server to join its fast‑paced dining team in Karachi. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service from greeting to payment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly and accurately.
• Set up, clear, and clean tables while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Handle payments, answer menu‑related questions, and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns professionally, and keep the service area organized.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and support teammates during busy periods.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on positive guest experiences.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and safely carry trays or dishes.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
