Forward Deployed Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a global leader in software development and IT consulting. The position is fully remote and focuses on deploying, integrating, and supporting AI solutions for enterprise customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure AI models and related infrastructure for enterprise clients, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for deployed systems.
• Provide technical leadership through customer training, best‑practice guidance, and proactive support.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
