About the role

The Founder will lead RebranX’s strategic direction, growth and operations as a full‑time remote executive. You will shape the business vision, set measurable goals and develop data‑driven strategies across digital marketing, technology and client services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the company vision, goals and performance metrics.
• Develop and execute data‑driven strategies for SEO, paid advertising, social media, content marketing and eCommerce solutions.
• Oversee service innovation, performance optimization and financial management including budgeting and forecasting.
• Build and nurture partnerships with agencies and business owners, and represent RebranX in client meetings and industry events.
• Lead, mentor and manage a distributed remote team, ensuring service quality and scalability.

Required profile

• Strategic leadership experience in a digital‑first environment.
• Proven track record building client relationships and negotiating strategic partnerships.
• Strong financial and operational management skills for scalable growth.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with prior founder, co‑founder or senior executive experience preferred.
