FP&A Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Takamul Dubai, a subsidiary of Fakeeh Health, is hiring an experienced FP&A Specialist for its offshore finance team, supporting a Dubai-based healthcare organisation. The role is 100% remote and suits someone who enjoys turning financial and operational data into business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Annual budgeting, forecasting and periodic reforecasting
• Monthly management and financial performance reporting
• Budget vs. actual, trend and variance analysis
• Revenue, cost, profitability and operational performance analysis
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Preparation of management dashboards and executive-level reports
• Variable compensation, incentive and revenue-share calculations
• Performance analysis across business units, departments, locations and service lines
• Development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards
• Identification of financial trends, risks and improvement opportunities
• Use of AI and automation tools to improve finance analytics and reporting

Required profile

• CA / ACCA, part-qualified or fully qualified
• Articleship or training from PwC, KPMG, EY, Deloitte or Crowe
• Minimum 3 years of post-articleship experience
• Post-articleship healthcare experience is mandatory
• Own high-specification laptop/PC, stable high-speed internet and a professional home-working setup

Required skills

• SAP experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong Power BI and data visualisation
• Experience preparing monthly financial and management reports
• Financial modelling, report writing and analytical skills
• Ability to use AI tools for financial analysis, reporting and research
