About the role

We are looking for a motivated Freelance Bidder to source and win projects on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr and Freelancer. The role involves researching opportunities, crafting persuasive proposals and turning leads into long‑term clients for our software development services.

Key responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer and similar marketplaces.
• Write customized, persuasive proposals that address client requirements.
• Communicate with potential clients to clarify needs and gather project details.
• Generate leads, nurture relationships and convert them into ongoing business.
• Collaborate with the development team to prepare accurate estimates and technical requirements.
• Maintain records of proposals, leads and project status.
• Achieve monthly bidding and sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer or comparable platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective proposals.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable working remotely.
