Associate Business Developer

About the role

OctaMD is seeking a motivated Associate Business Developer to join its team in Johar Town. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on identifying project opportunities, preparing competitive bids, and supporting the growth of OctaMD’s medical billing services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor online platforms for new project listings and assess suitability.
• Prepare and submit well‑structured bids and proposals in line with company pricing and service offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of all bidding activities and follow‑up communications.
• Collaborate with senior team members to tailor proposals to client requirements.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive proposals.
• Basic understanding of business development or bidding processes, preferably in IT, healthcare, or medical billing.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree or ongoing studies in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is an advantage.

• Experience using office productivity tools such as word processors and spreadsheets.
