About the role
Weblinx Solution is looking for a proactive Freelancer Bidder & Sales Closer to join its team in Karachi. You will be responsible for winning projects on major freelance platforms and converting leads into closed deals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr and Freelancer.com.
- Conduct virtual client meetings to understand requirements and present solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
- Maintain a target‑driven approach to meet weekly and monthly bidding quotas.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in freelance platform bidding or sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Professional, goal‑oriented attitude.
