About the role

The TAQ Organization is seeking a proactive Freight Sales Representative to join its logistics team in Faisalabad. The role focuses on driving sales growth by building strong customer relationships, understanding freight forwarding needs, and delivering tailored logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify and meet their freight forwarding requirements.
• Conduct market research to uncover new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Utilise Freight Management Systems (FMS) and freight forwarding software to manage sales and logistics processes.
• Prepare and verify freight documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate with customs authorities to facilitate smooth shipment processing.
• Generate sales reports and freight analytics to monitor performance.
• Visit clients outdoors using a personal bike to promote services and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve service‑related issues.
