Front Sales Executive - Social Media Design

About the role

PulseNative is looking for a confident, driven and target-oriented Front Sales Executive for its social media design business. You will talk to potential clients, understand their social media design needs, present creative solutions, coordinate proposals and turn qualified leads into paying clients. The role is based in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with potential clients and understand their social media design requirements
• Present the right creative solutions and coordinate proposals
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients
• Sell social media post design, Instagram and Facebook creatives, carousel and story graphics, Reel and TikTok covers, paid ad creatives, campaign and promotional graphics, social media branding, Canva templates and creative concepts

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in client conversations, follow-ups and negotiations
• Ability to understand social media design requirements and pitch suitable solutions
• Familiarity with social media marketing, ad creatives, branding and graphic design
• Target-oriented mindset with strong closing skills
• Ability to manage leads and keep professional client communication
• Previous experience in agency sales, SMM sales or creative services is preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply

What we offer

• Target of PKR 3,000 - 4,000
• Monthly compensation of PKR 60,000 - 80,000 plus performance-based commission
• Working hours 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM
