Frontend Developer – Next.js 16 (On‑site Saturdays)

About the role

CarAdvisers is looking for a Front‑End Developer specialized in Next.js 16 to help scale and optimise its automotive marketplace platform. The role is part‑time, on‑site every Saturday, and focuses on building fast, SEO‑friendly user interfaces for thousands of users across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend features using Next.js 16, React 18/19 and Tailwind CSS.
• Improve UI/UX performance, responsiveness and Core Web Vitals.
• Create modular, reusable components for user‑facing platforms, admin dashboards and marketplace modules.
• Implement SEO‑friendly URLs, metadata, structured data and other search‑optimization techniques.
• Integrate REST APIs, AI‑powered features and services from Firebase and AWS.
• Resolve rendering issues, performance bottlenecks and Web Vitals metrics (CLS, LCP, INP).
• Participate in feature rollouts, production deployments and collaborate with backend, product and mobile teams.

Required profile

• Based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and available on‑site every Saturday.
• 2‑3 years of professional experience building large‑scale Next.js applications.
• At least five production‑ready projects developed from scratch to deployment.
• Proven experience with marketplaces, user‑journey optimisation and technical SEO.
