Frontend Engineer – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer to join a leading technology client on a contract basis. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while building responsive, high‑performance web interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and accessible UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to turn UI/UX wireframes into production‑ready code.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross‑browser compatibility.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major frontend framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and responsive design.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
