Full Stack Developer (AI & Automation)

About the role

We Are Revolution is looking for a full‑stack developer who can own the technical architecture of our internal systems. The role is remote, high‑trust and combines frontend, backend, automation and AI agent development.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain full‑stack applications and integrations, including intuitive front‑end interfaces and APIs connecting internal tools, CRM and outreach platforms.
• Consolidate recruitment data into a clean, single‑source‑of‑truth system.
• Design, build and maintain automation workflows using Python and n8n.
• Create AI agents and Claude‑based workflows to automate research, data processing and repetitive tasks.
• Deploy, monitor and optimise web applications and backend services, tracking usage, costs and errors.
• Serve as the technical backbone, preserving institutional knowledge across the stack.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience shipping production full‑stack applications.
• Self‑sufficient across frontend, backend, automation and AI tooling.
• Builder mindset with the ability to work independently and communicate proactively.

Required skills

• React / Next.js
• Python FastAPI
• Supabase or Firebase (BaaS)
• Render, Railway or Heroku (deployment platforms)
• n8n (or comparable automation tool)
• Claude / Claude Code for AI‑driven planning and execution
• Salesforce (good to have)
