Full-Stack Developer (React & Ruby on Rails)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated full‑stack developer to join our on‑site team in Okara. You will work on real production features, building React front‑ends, Rails APIs and everything in between, with direct mentorship and fast growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across a React frontend and Ruby on Rails backend.
• Write clean, RESTful API endpoints and integrate them with frontend components.
• Work with PostgreSQL, write migrations, queries, and understand basic indexing.
• Collaborate on code reviews, daily stand‑ups, and sprint planning.
• Debug production issues and participate in root‑cause analysis.
• Write basic tests (RSpec) for the features you ship.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional experience with React and/or Rails.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), hooks, and component lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails MVC, ActiveRecord, and routing.
• Comfortable with Git (branching, PRs, merge conflicts).
• Can read and understand REST API contracts.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Okara, Punjab.
