Full Stack Engineer – AI‑Enhanced Development (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a top‑tier Full Stack Engineer who leverages Claude (Anthropic) for more than half of their coding workflow. You will design and ship AI‑augmented systems, turning product ideas into production‑ready code in hours rather than weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑impact, revenue‑driving features on a weekly cadence.
• Design full‑stack solutions with Claude as an architectural copilot.
• Transform product concepts into deployed code rapidly.
• Build and maintain internal AI‑accelerated engineering workflows.
• Continuously refactor and improve AI‑generated components.

Required profile

• Daily, strategic use of Claude for coding, prompting, and architecture.
• Expertise in structuring prompts, validating outputs, and productionizing AI‑generated code.
• Strong focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Mindset oriented toward automation, tooling, and systemization.

Required skills

• Frontend: React, Next.js
