Full Stack Engineer (JavaScript / Node.js)

About the role

Haball Private Limited is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in JavaScript and Node.js to join its technology team in Karachi. The role involves building scalable web applications, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and delivering high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
• Design, write, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to implement new features.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party services.
• Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best development practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with JavaScript and Node.js.
• Experience building frontend applications using React, Vue, Angular or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and modern frontend development practices.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Git version control.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
